Meet Voeun

Voeun has served the last 4 yrs as the Loaves & Fish Director.  He is married to his beautiful wife, Brak Kakada and has 3 boys, ages 10, 4 & 2.  He lives in the Kandal Province located about 20 minutes outside the capital city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh.

We sat down with Voeun to discover what the Leadership Development Program has done for him. 

Interview:

Q: How has the Leadership Development Program helped you?

A: I continue to grow in confidence.  The program has helped strengthen my relationship with the Lord and has equipped me to be a committed leader and direct one of In His Steps key ministries.

The Leadership Development Program has transformed me and helped me understand how to love the orphan & widow as my own family.

Q: What is the biggest lesson you have learned about leadership?

A: I have learned how to be a humble servant leader who operates with honesty and love.

Q: What is the favorite part of your job?

A: My most favorite part is working with the orphan.  I love to teach them about how to live life well and love their families.
