• Leadership Development  
  
  • Just as Moses passed his leadership to Joshua, we believe in raising up future leaders -- Cambodian and otherwise -- to continue the work of sharing Christ with the nations.
• Microenterprise
  • Some people need someone to believe in them and a few resources to get started. In His Steps helps draw out people's gifts and abilities through facilitating small business enterprises.
• Orphans & Widows
  • James 1:27 reads: Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress... Our heart is to love the unloved, accept the disenfranchised with open arms, and offer hope and healing through practical, life-changing ways.
• Sak Saum
  • Started in 2007, Sak Saum offers rescue, rehabilitation and restoration to at-risk and exploited Cambodian women. 
• The Foundation Center
  • Communities flourish when there are safe places for people of all ages to learn, grow and have fun. The Foundation Center serves the Saang community in each of these ways.
• Pastoral Care
  • We believe that to strengthen the Cambodian church is to strengthen the Kingdom of God. IHSI regularly offers care, counseling and training to pastors.
